M.D. ANDERSON
Before the technique was featured on everything from NFL games to The Simpsons, we came up with an idea for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to mount 360 cameras in a circle, all firing simultaneously, to create a "frozen in time" effect. We built the rig from scratch since it hadn't been done before. The frozen effect captured the feeling of a life put on hold by cancer. The follow-up testimonial campaign featured cancer survivors emerging from darkness into light. The theme line and red line treatment are still being used today.
